The 2014-2015 wrestling season is less than two weeks away!!! Many Mustangs have been lifting and wrestling since September, while many others have been participating in Fall sports. Here are several important annoucements before we offically start our season.
- NEXT TWO WEEKS TRAINING SCHEDULE
- Strength and Conditioning: Monday and Wednesday 3:30-4:30 PM, and Friday 6:20 AM-7:20AM
- Open Mats: 3:30-4:45 PM
- SECOND ANNUAL HERRICK/O'NEILL MEET WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST AT 1:00 PM at LINCOLN CENTER IN DOWTOWN DOWNERS GROVE
- WRESTLING REGISTRATION NOW OPEN: https://dgs.8to18.com/accounts/login
- WRESTLERS NEED UPDATED PHYSICALS TO PARTICIPATE: IHSA Physcal form on home page on the left hand side
- MANDATORY PRE-SEASON WRESTLING MEETING FOR ALL WRESTLERS
- TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH: 3:30 in the Varsity Wrestling Room. Open mats will follow
- WRESTLING CLINIC AT SIPLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
- Thursday, November 6 from 3:15-5:00 PM we will be conducting a wrestling clinic. Any and all former Jefferson Wrestlers are welcome to come and help out with this clinic we are co-hosting with Coach Schmidt and the Jefferson Wrestling team.
- FIRST OFFICIAL PRACTICE IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10
- Non-attendance day for students, so we will practice from 8:00 AM-10:00 AM and coaches have parent/teacher conferences after
